This website, purovane.com, is operated by Whirl Brands Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17463965 ("Purovane", "we", "us"). Purovane is a trading name of Whirl Brands Ltd.

2. About these terms
These terms apply whenever you use this website or buy something from us. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
3. Using this website
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Please do not use this site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to copy its content for your own commercial use.
4. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs and illustrations are there to show you what you are buying, but colours can vary between screens and small design details can change between production runs.
The Purovane M1 is a mains-powered handheld vacuum cleaner for mattresses and upholstery. It is a household appliance, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have asthma, allergies or another health concern, please speak to a doctor.
Please read the instructions supplied with the product before using it, and use it only as described there.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include shipping. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout at the time you order.
We try hard to keep prices accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will always tell you if that happens.
Payment is taken at checkout and handled by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
6. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you get a full refund and we will explain why.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to a refund is set out in our Refund Policy, which gives you 90 days from delivery to change your mind for any reason.
8. Our content
The text, images, logos and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. You are welcome to view and share links to our pages; please do not reproduce our content elsewhere without asking us first.
9. Reviews and content you submit
If you send us a review, photograph or comment, you keep ownership of it but give us permission to publish it on our website and marketing, with your first name and last initial. We will not invent, edit the meaning of, or pay for reviews, and we will not publish yours without your permission. You can ask us to remove yours at any time by emailing us.
10. Liability
We will do what we say on this site. If we fail to do so and you lose out as a result, our liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order — except that we do not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.
We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time you ordered, or for losses arising because you used the product in a way the instructions say not to.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. Those rights sit alongside everything set out here, and where they conflict with these terms, your statutory rights win.
11. Third-party links
Our pages sometimes link to research papers, articles and other websites we do not control. We link to them because we think they are useful; we are not responsible for their content and linking to them is not an endorsement of anything else on those sites.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, where our business is based. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own local courts.
